I don’t know if this affects other Mac machines but one annoyance I’ve found is the lack of a discreete MS Windows style delete key. The delete key on a Macbook works the same as a backspace key on windows. To get the where it deletes after the cursor you must hit function while hitting delete. I was only able to find this by Googling it and seeing this annoyed but helpful blogger.
MS Windows Delete = Macbook fn+delete
MS Windows Backspace = Macbook delete
